Services
Individual Hypnosis
Individual hypnosis sessions. Usually 1-5 sessions depending on the issue. Length of session varies from 60-90 minutes.
Self hypnosis
Combines the effectiveness of self-hypnosis, meditation and prayer (no dogma). This is great alone or in conjuction with 5-PATH®.
Group Hypnosis
Group hypnosis is a great way to make personal progress with the power of self-hypnosis and community. Program length varies.
